What’s Covered
You are eligible for a free replacement if your item arrives with:
- Manufacturing defects
- Surface imperfections (scratches, dents)
- Broken or faulty clasps
- Incorrect plating or visible coating issues
- The wrong size, variant, or product delivered
We review and approve almost all legitimate claims, because your satisfaction is our priority.
How It Works

- Include your order number
- Attach a photo or short video of the issue
- Our support team reviews your case within 24–48 hours
- You receive a new replacement piece for free
In most cases, a return is not required.
We want the process to be easy and stress-free for you.
What’s Not Covered
The Quality Guarantee does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by chemicals (perfume, cleaning agents, chlorine)
- Scratches from daily use
- Accidental or intentional damage
- Loss or theft
- Items used in an improper way
