🎁 Missing or Incorrect Items

If your shipment arrives incomplete, damaged, or with an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

🏠 Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • Orders returned to us can be reshipped once the correct address and additional shipping cost (if applicable) are provided.
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect customer input cannot be refunded.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — changes can only be made before the order is processed.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue a refund.

If your package is missing:
