Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We can always modify or cancel an order for you only before it is fully processed or already shipped. If you need any changes, please contact us as soon as possible via service@nikoleit.ch with your order number and with the change you wish.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes - every order comes in our standard clean premium boxes that are perfect as a gift for your friends and family.

What materials does Nikoleit use?

We offer a variety of products across different price levels. Our pieces are crafted from premium materials such as 925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel, Premium Gold Plating, Titanium, Copper, Moissanite, and Cubic Zirconia.

My order shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it — what should I do?

Please check with neighbors or your local postal office. If the package is still missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you immediately.

Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?

Discount codes can only be applied during checkout and cannot be added retroactively.

Do you offer replacements for damaged items?

Yes — if your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement.
