Shipping Policy

At Nikoleit™, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all customers worldwide. Below you will find all important information regarding processing time, delivery time, shipping costs, tracking and international shipments.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed, quality-checked and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may extend slightly.


2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your destination:

  • Switzerland: 5-12 business days

  • Europe: 5-12 business days

  • Worldwide: 5–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as local carrier delays or customs clearance.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over CHF 75

  • For orders below CHF 75, a small shipping fee will be calculated at checkout (depends on the country where we have to ship to)


4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

You will automatically receive your tracking link via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates may require up to 24–48 hours after dispatch.


5. International Shipments & Customs

All prices for Swiss customers include 7.7% Swiss VAT.

International orders may be subject to:

  • import taxes

  • customs duties

  • handling fees

These charges are not included in our product prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Nikoleit™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


6. Shipping Partners

We ship globally with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery, including:

  • Swiss Post

  • DHL

  • YunExpress

  • Other certified international carriers
