🔄 Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All packaging, accessories, and tags are included
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item shows no signs of damage, wear, or alteration

Note: For hygiene reasons, returns of earrings may be limited depending on their condition.

🔁 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another size, variant, or model, we’re happy to help.

Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.
Our team will guide you through the process and availability.

💰 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

If the item shows signs of use, we may not be able to approve the refund.

  3. Ship the item back using a secure, trackable method.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as Nikoleit™ is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

  • Items returned without prior approval may experience delays
  • Customized items or promotional items may not be eligible for return
  • Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method
  • Packages damaged during return transit may affect eligibility
  • Please ensure secure and protective packaging for all returns
