1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unused and in original condition

be returned in its original packaging

include all accessories (if applicable)
Customised or personalised products are excluded from returns unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

the item arrived damaged

the wrong item was delivered

the product has a manufacturing defect
In these cases, we cover all replacement costs.
3. Free Replacement for Quality Issues
If your item arrives:

defective

with the wrong variant

with a confirmed quality issue
…you will receive a free replacement.
In most cases, a physical return is not required, but we may request photos for verification.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot accept returns for:

normal wear and tear
-
damage caused by improper use

modified or altered products
-
hygiene-sensitive items that were worn (e.g., earrings)

returns requested outside the 14-day period
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped yet.
If your order is already in fulfillment, cancellation is no longer possible.
6. Lifetime Warranty Option
During checkout, you may add our Lifetime Warranty Option (CHF 9.99).
This warranty provides:

The warranty does not cover loss, theft, or intentional damage.
